Qualifications:
- This position requires a bachelor’s degree.
- A demonstrable track record of advancement, management, and business success is required, as well as a minimum of 3–5 years of total experience, preferably in a large financial services organization, with at least 2 years in public accounting.
- Experience in a related field, such as accounting or office administration.
- You should provide voucher paperwork and grant approvals to the appropriate departments after you’ve matched all of the inbound files for processing.
- Examine the payment plan and set payment dates.
- Data entry and searches are possible with accounting software. Payments, budget balances, purchase order data and balances, and vendor data are all included.
- General management and smart problem-solving skills.
- Accounting and finance subject matter skills, as well as in-depth technical knowledge of financial services accounting and reporting.
- All incoming vendor bills should be compared against purchase orders to ensure that the prices, terms, descriptions, and quantities, as well as any discounts and freight costs, are correct.
- You must prepare the proper papers, containing all required information, to receive payment authorization from the department.
Skills:
