Job Description
We are seeking for a motivated Social Media Director to join our team! The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is hands-on, has a strong work ethic, and sets a good example for others to follow. Media Directors should have substantial experience planning, buying, executing, and evaluating media channels related to driving the client’s business KPIs, with a heavy emphasis on paid social and performance marketing.

Qualifications:
- Coordinate with the client’s top executives to determine how best to meet their goals and grow their business, and then allocate the appropriate agency resources to do this.
- oversee agency-client connections, user management of linked services, and digital media operations.
- Come up with new ideas and opportunities to ensure the success of client campaigns.
- Oversee monthly, weekly, and daily forecasting, reporting, and ROI calculations at the channel level. Manage the annual budgeting process.
- Take charge of the full process of creating a successful digital acquisition or performance campaign, from ideation through rollout to ongoing tweaking and analysis.
- Actively test and analyze campaign delivery, traffic, and activity to gain insights from analytics and recommendations for campaign enhancements.
- Maintain Constant Level of Optimization by constantly seeking optimization and growth through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, creative partnership, landing page optimization and more.
- Channel performance should be monitored and optimized on a continuous basis to ensure that it meets or exceeds goals; results should be shared with the broader acquisition team and marketing management.
- Contribute to the team’s success by making sure that high standards are maintained and immediately applied to work for clients.
- Manage the creation of digital campaigns (with a primary emphasis on paid social) and the rollout of engagement programs and initiatives to build profitable, long-term connections with customers.
Skills:
- Successful history of proposing new business to existing and potential clients.
- Capable of leading in person and over the phone client presentations, with strong emphasis on quarterly business reviews.
- having worked in the media for at least five years, preferably for or with an agency
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and the ability to pick up and use other productivity software with ease.
- Competence in developing and implementing multi-faceted strategies for paid social media marketing.
