Job Description
The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for assisting the design and merchandising or apparel lines, while also working cross-functionally with Design, Sales, and Brand Management to supervise several design areas.

Qualifications:
- Be sure all designs are up to par and in line with the client’s brand guidelines.
- Provides clear creative direction, guidance, and feedback to design team members to ensure their ability to satisfy the needs of the organization and its partners from inception to delivery of all online and printed creative assets.
- HTML, HTML5, and CSS expertise with a focus on responsive web design and development for a wide range of devices.
- the capacity to translate organizational objectives into unique, original, and differentiated digital, interactive, social, and viral brand experiences.
- Coordinates communications team members in strategic design thinking and brainstorming sessions to develop novel applications of design in storytelling.
- a collection of web-based works that demonstrates an appreciation for high-quality design, a range of aesthetic approaches, a focus on usability, and more.
- guiding a customer toward their business goals through the application of creative and astute planning.
- To internal and external partners, or “clients,” clearly and forcefully explain strategy, design concepts, and creative ideas.
- Maintains the Foundation’s brand and standards in all materials, both internal and external. Ensures that all work is strategic, efficient, and consistent.
- Candidates without proven expertise in direct response, branded response, and habit-forming marketing will be immediately disqualified.
Skills:
- A web-based portfolio that displays a wide range of design styles, meticulous attention to detail, and an emphasis on usability.
- Prior expertise in direct response, branded response, and habit-forming marketing is crucial.
- 7+ years’ experience as a designer, art director, or digital designer for a company or agency
- Capability to translate company objectives into differentiated, innovative, and meaningful digital, social, and viral brand experiences.
- a track record of success as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a position equivalent, with a keen eye for detail and familiarity with industry best practices for visual communications.
