The Marketing Strategist will make recommendations and establish processes that meet the needs of customers while also being profitable for the company. This position will assist with the execution of agency capabilities in digital and content marketing, as well as remaining current on marketing industry news and tools, working with the Strategy team to build POVs and strategy documents, and managing tactical content marketing work.

Qualifications:
- Have a thorough understanding of branch operations to ensure that all rules and procedures are followed.
- Responsibility for the company’s content marketing strategy, including theme development and content generation.
- With the help of the audience development team, give regular reporting updates and insights for stakeholders by tracking email performance, KPIs, and objectives (content, sales, and creative studio teams)
- research, development, and developing engaging data-based content to engage our target audience related to e-commerce, online payments, and fraud
- To develop relationships with online communities, identify suitable partner organizations, news sources, and policy groups that fit our strategy and brand.
- Execute and track email testing tactics, such as templates, subject lines, send timings, tailored content suggestions, audience segmentation, and so on, to improve email performance
- Conduct content and competitor audits to give recommendations for content optimization, including UX strategy, SEO, content tagging, and classification.
- To maintain a solid online presence, create a content calendar for the school’s website and social media profiles, and disseminate material across several platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and external content writers and subject matter experts to ensure that deadlines are met and message is consistent, concise, and aesthetically attractive.
- Create and share content on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Skills:
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying close attention to details ability to interact effectively with clients and provide technical support to resolve client issues
- The ability to analyze performance data and work with colleagues from other departments to assess the quantifiable impact of strategy and content choices.
- Coaching and counselling talents, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat), Canva, WordPress CMS, Microsoft Office, Grammarly, Google Workspace, and project management software are just some of the things you should be acquainted with.
- The tight deadlines and significant amount of work demand prior experience/consistent performance in a deadline-driven environment.
