Part-Time Senior Inventory Specialist – Oyo
The post of Inventory Specialist is now vacant at our company. Using a range of log editing and preempting procedures, the job is responsible for inventory management. In addition, the Inventory Specialist informs the station Sales Managers on inventory overstock and availability, all while aiming to maximize daily inventory and income potential.

- Identifies cost-cutting options such as par-level manipulation, reorder points/min/max, and holding-cost reduction.
- Gathers data on material, equipment, items, or supplies received or dispersed, as well as inventory balance, pricing, and cost.
- Maintains essential files and documentation; creates standard reports for approval by management.
- Perform material stock checks over the phone, recording and sending any relevant data.
- Your income is determined by the number of years you have worked in this position.
- To resolve any issues about material stock inventory levels, interact with shipping or inventory coordinators, department supervisors, and internal and external customers.
- Visually inspects and measures tools and equipment for faults and wear, notifying the supervisor if any are found.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, professional, customer service-oriented team setting is required.
- Label and identify tools and equipment with an identifying tag, stamp, or electric marking instrument.
- By inspecting inventory, monitoring order points, placing and expediting orders, and receiving, organizing, and storing things, this position receives, unpacks, and stores tocks tools, equipment, and parts.
- A minimum of two years of clerical work experience demonstrating the relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Ability to effectively communicate, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, grasp of good body mechanics, safety measures, and infection control, ability to follow directions, and knowledge of section specific test information and tools may be required.
- Safety standards, procedure manuals, and operating and maintenance instructions must all be read, written, and understood in English.
- Fillers, Rinsers, Cappers, Case Packers, Case Formers, Coolers, and Pasteurizers); understanding and troubleshooting production equipment.
- Simple computer literacy is demonstrated by the ability to go online and do basic Internet searches, check email, create and send attachments, and use basic email functionalities.
