Job Description
To join our team, we’re seeking for an IT Program Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for program management and lifecycle support for enterprise service delivery and solutions, including problem resolution and solutions management, starting with the initial customer touchpoint for service and ending with the successful resolution of IT Incidents and Work Orders, including analysis, statuses, and reporting. Develop the ability to provide world-class IT customer support. The program’s scope encompasses an end-to-end solution for customer-facing desktop assistance, active directory, windows/system administration, local network management application support, software delivery services, and IT Equipment Accountability. The contract award will determine whether or not this post will be filled.

Qualifications:
- Regularly identify and address operational issues with the IT team, partners, and suppliers.
- People working on the invention, design, and optimization of one or more information technology and systems functions that support firm business operations and technical information system platforms are given direction.
- Stay current on industry trends by participating in outside professional events. Form connections with other project managers in legal and other areas to keep up with activity at these institutions.
- Throughout their portfolio’s ongoing and forthcoming projects, supply and demand are balanced, with new project managers and other resources hired as needed.
- Client relationship management, project and program management, vendor management, proposal development and review, and (if necessary) cost modelling are all instances of delivery excellence using a client project execution framework and industry best practices.
- Develop, execute, and analyze metrics, internal process improvement, operating procedures, and job instructions as instruments for analyzing the quality and efficiency of teamwork.
- To plan and organize tasks like installing or upgrading hardware and software, programming and system design, building a network, and setting up Internet and intranet sites, you need to think about what needs to be done.
- Create a workable budget, risk profile, timeline, and other key criteria, and communicate them to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on schedule, that client tasking instructions are clear and precise, that contract workers are qualified to accomplish the tasks, and that any potential personnel difficulties are avoided.
- Create and implement streamlined processes and procedures that allow the team to respond quickly to surges in contract employee needs. Ascertain that the SLA criteria are met.
Skills:
- It is important to have a valid national agency check, as well as a local agency check and credit check (NACLC).
- It is necessary to have 12 years of progressive leadership experience in the public and/or private sectors in the fields of IT and/or consulting.
- Certifications in project or program management from reputable schools are required (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project or Program Management qualification).
- It is necessary to have prior experience directing strategic software development programs/projects, preferably for mobile networking products or cloud-native/SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of business and management principles that apply to strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modelling, leadership techniques, production methods, and people and resource coordination, as well as economic and accounting principles and practices and the financial market.
