Job Description
It is the duty of the Accounts Payable Manager to supervise a team of three, including an Accounts Payable Supervisor and two Accounting Clerks, to ensure that the correctness and timelyness of the accounts payable are maintained.

Qualifications:
- Maintaining effective Accounts Payable and procurement operations while also establishing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring internal controls.
- Analyze existing processes and systems and provide recommendations for improvements that will boost efficiency, role division, and internal controls.
- Conduct interviews and give proposals for new workers, provide or arrange training, review employee performance, and make recommendations for staffing measures in order to supply adequate and competent personnel in the accounts payable department. Supervisor of A/P Management and Control
- This information should be checked for accuracy and conformance with the company’s criteria before it is processed.
- Handles the timely and correct processing of accounts payable at numerous (national and regional) locations utilizing cheque, ACH, credit card, and wire payment mechanisms.
- Work assignments are planned, work is evaluated, and choices are made in dealing with procedural and technological challenges. Monitor job outputs and offer management with metric data.
- Controlling the month-end closure of accounts payable can guarantee all operations are completed on time.
