In order to attract and engage potential customers and to aid in the lead generation and nurturing processes throughout the entire marketing funnel, we need a Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who takes the initiative, pays close attention to detail, and works well under pressure. The ideal candidate is fluent in writing for multiple audiences and aware of how various forms of media affect message delivery. The candidate also needs to have the ability to write with SEO and keyword research in mind. Writing for online publications like social media, blogs, and websites is a must.

  • Will act as a social media expert, keeping up with the most recent social media trends to make sure our station’s content efforts are cutting-edge.
  • will aid in the implementation of an ever-evolving newsletter strategy to produce and administer consistent newsletters with the aim of expanding audience usage and other key performance indicators.
  • will act as the focal point for any company-wide social media efforts.
  • Will look to find groups/social media hashtags that can be mined for daily news stories and serve as good venues for sharing of content.
  • You should make content for and oversee posting to various social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create and maintain a content schedule for your PR and social media efforts.
  • generate engaging photo galleries that can be shared across several networks on a daily basis.
  • Make interesting, conversation-starting movies and images with text superimposed on them on a regular basis.
  • To write, edit, and collaborate with others on blog content.
  • Make sure your brand’s online persona is consistent across all channels.


  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities; writing must be your passion.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) or other design applications.
  • You are a self-motivated self-starter who can work both cooperatively and independently.
  • extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, and familiarity with social media management platforms and the best practices for organic publishing.
  • Graduation from an accredited university with a major in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related discipline.
