Job Description

The Digital Media Specialist will collaborate with other members of the internal team to plan, implement, and evaluate all national sponsored social media projects. This position will assist in developing and executing sponsored social media campaigns in support of the organization’s objectives, with an emphasis on approaches to boost KPIs and goals.

  • Participate in the production of presentations and updates to management; take notes at meetings and on weekly calls to assist in the formulation of strategic and tactical suggestions
  • Presentations and updates for management’s consideration. Note-taking during corporate meetings and on weekly phone conversations to help generate strategic and tactical ideas.
  • Make suggestions for the acquisition and maintenance of digital media equipment. Recognize and resolve difficulties with digital media systems. Prepare cost estimates for a variety of different equipment options. Conserve university funds.
  • Ensure site material is search engine optimized, accessible, and links work correctly (quality assurance). Measuring campaigns and initiatives using web metrics
  • Information, analysis, and optimization suggestions for sponsored social campaigns should be developed with the help of the digital analytics team; cooperate to ensure that campaign reporting is always accurate and legitimate.
  • Keep an eye out for out-of-date information on the website and update it if appropriate, including photographs, video embeds, and textual content.
  • Make sure your partners, such as third-party creative agencies and paid digital platforms, are performing well by working with Acquisition Manager.
  • Keep in touch with customers and look for ways to improve their efficiency via programming..
  • Leadership and management of marketing campaigns; development and evaluation of citizen surveys and communications; and preparation of submissions for program recognition and publication are some of the responsibilities of this position.
