Qualifications:
- Social media reports should be delivered and contextualized to customers; strategic suggestions should be communicated based on the report’s contents
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of social media tactics and platform subtleties across the key social channels – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn – as well as a working knowledge of YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Ensure that editorial calendars (EC) are generated in accordance with prescribed process flows and that they are handled from conception through the analytics and final reporting processes, among other things.
- generating ideas and making suggestions, the capacity to undertake thorough social listening and research is critical to the success of an organization.
- Construct media campaigns, journeys, and audience strategies that are tailored to the needs of certain target audiences in order to achieve varied goals.

- Collaborate with media buyers and suppliers to handle the analysis, negotiation, and acquisition of advertising channels – including print, digital, outdoor, television, and radio/streaming audio, among others.
- Maintain an awareness of social media trends; find ways to effectively incorporate those trends into client work; and offer continual education to junior employees about developing and new trends and their possible applicability.
Skills:
- Using media analytics tools and technology and the capacity to comprehend, evaluate, guide, and review them to ensure that they will build and execute more effective media programs.
- The ability to analyze data and be comfortable getting your hands dirty in the process is essential. Verified data-driven decision-making skills and marketing optimization are both necessary.
- Great grasp of digital and direct response marketing in an e-commerce scenario, including Paid Social, Display, Search, and Affiliates; expertise in a multi-channel store and/or driving online-offline initiatives is a strong plus.
- Extensive expertise in setting the future of agencies and media landscapes, including agency-wide initiatives, revolutionizing the way teams go to market, and driving industry-changing ideas.
- Self-discipline and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment are critical to their success in the workplace.
