Qualifications:
- Create social media material on a weekly and monthly basis to share with the team.
- Help with media relations by doing things like making pitches, doing research, and setting up interviews.
- Work with the marketing coordinator to establish and maintain contacts with regional and national media sources.
- Skilled in the appropriate social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and any more that may emerge in the future.
- Help the videographer out as much as possible so that you may get some great footage.
- News releases, media alerts, fact sheets, appeal letters, and other materials as instructed are all examples of public relations materials that can be drafted.
- Take part in planning workshops, where you may share your thoughts and help shape the final product.
- Collect data, then design and release newsletters and press releases.
- Help maintain and strengthen relationships with media contacts in order to monitor and guarantee client placement.
- Assist the ad coordinator with the various subsidiaries’ advertising copy.
Skills:
- Microsoft Office expertise and experience, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- proficient in the use of appropriate social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.
- Ability to understand marketing concepts and implement them in different contexts
- Minimum requirement is a high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or its international equivalent.
- Person with many interests and talents who tells stories through writing, visuals, and media.
