Job Description
To execute and assess all national sponsored social media efforts, the Digital Media Specialist will work with other internal team members. For the organization’s objectives, this job will help develop and execute sponsored social media campaigns, focusing on ways to increase KPIs and goals.

Qualifications:
- Assisted in the production of presentations and updates to management; took notes at meetings and on weekly calls to aid in the formulation of strategic and tactical suggestions
- Quality assurance involves ensuring that online material is optimized for search engines, that it is compliant with accessibility standards, and that links work correctly. When evaluating campaigns and programs, online analytics should be used and analyzed.
- Develops and evaluates the efficacy of citizen surveys and communications; prepares submissions for program recognition and publishing.
- Cooperate with the Acquisition Manager to improve the performance of partners, which may include third-party creative agencies, other paid digital platforms, and affiliate/incentivized traffic agencies.
- Keep in touch with your clients and find ways for them to be more efficient while you keep growing your business.
- Responsibility for creating and delivering information to the company’s top executives For strategic and tactical ideas for the company, taking notes during meetings and phone conversations.
- Assists in the production and development of digital content in collaboration with business partners, and While ensuring that specified contact standards are adhered to, writes, edits and evaluates material. Making certain that digital media has current and complete product/service information that is readily accessible to present and prospective consumers. Maintains a regular audit procedure across all of the company’s digital assets.
- The digital analytics team should be involved in developing reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations for sponsored social campaigns; working together will assist to ensure the validity and accuracy of campaign reporting in the future.
- Digital media equipment should be bought or repaired, and you should make recommendations. Diagnose and fix problems with your digital media system. Create cost estimates for different types of equipment. Provide care for university resources.
- When something on the website is out of date, you should check it and make changes as needed. This includes updating images, video embeds, and written content.

- Capability to develop and adhere to strict timelines, pivot as required, and handle many projects concurrently.
- Interpersonal skills, analytical and strategic thinking abilities, and good communication and organizational skills are all required for success.
- Propose digital media equipment procurement and upkeep. Recognize and resolve digital media system difficulties. Prepare cost estimates for different equipment options. Conserve varsity funds.
- Need to be able to think analytically and organize things well; have advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems and social media account management; and be able to work well with others.
- Professionally interact with consumers and coworkers to effectively service our customers.
