The Software Project Manager is in charge of project management. Coordination and completion of projects on schedule, within budget, and within scope are among the tasks of the Software Project Manager. Supervise all facets of projects. Establish timelines, delegate duties, and track and report the progress of the project. Prepare status reports for higher management on the progress of the project. The selected applicant will collaborate directly with customers to ensure deliverables adhere to the scope and budget established. He or she will collaborate with other departments to ensure that all components of each project are compatible, and will acquire additional expertise as necessary to meet client demands.

Qualifications:

• Oversee the cross-functional project teams tasked for carrying out agreed projects. Create a thorough execution plan and monitor performance against overall project deliverables.
• The capacity to gather and analyze data on teams and individuals, as well as to produce and distribute reports, is critical to the success of any program.
• Disciplined project management training for all levels of an organization, including technical teams and project managers.
• The utilization of lean manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution process improvement strategies should be considered when determining where to focus resources.
• Recommends or requests resources to satisfy project needs, conveys a clear picture of business project goals and objectives and gives functional knowledge input for deliverables worked on by the team in a complex and big project management team
• The project team and stakeholders benefit from the subject matter expertise and knowledge management provided by the project manager, who also assures customer satisfaction via the timely delivery of high-quality products.
• All aspects of the project lifecycle are planned, documented, and executed, including scope management, requirements management, work breakdown schedule and timetable management, priority and dependency management, and the assignment of roles and responsibilities.
• Charged for making sure strategies are implemented in order to fulfill the demands of customers and to improve the abilities of lower-level project managers.
• Controls and monitors all areas of the project’s budget and finances, including scheduling, resource forecasting, financial management, and other associated tasks, in order to establish and maintain complete transparency.
• Check all project deliverables, such as concept and test documents and test plans; training materials; operational documentation.

Skills:

• have extensive expertise executing project life cycle methodologies in different capacities over the previous six years in a variety of positions (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process management, organizational change).
• A deep grasp of the project development life cycle, as well as the ability to prioritize and handle several complex projects, is necessary.
• The competence to incorporate business needs into detailed technical, functional, and operational assessments
• As part of the project management process, excellent communication skills, Excel, and Power Point are required.
