Qualifications:

  • Presents a clear picture of corporate goals and objectives, and provides functional knowledge feedback for team deliverables.
  • be well-versed in all aspects of the project’s budget and financial management so that you can keep an eye on everything from project planning and resource forecasts to financial reporting.
  • Converts corporate strategy into tactical action items, as well as offering training and development opportunities for lower-level project managers among other duties, to meet customer and company objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of authorized projects by cross-functional project teams. Create a clear execution plan and keep track of how well it is working in relation to the project’s overall objectives.
  • Advocates change, procedure, and best practices to both business and technical team members, as well as giving training in the project management discipline.
  • Lean production, storage, and distribution process improvement methodologies should be used to project efforts where they are applicable.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables, including design papers, test plans, training materials, and operations documents, meet quality requirements.
  • Controls and reduces project risks by performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of risks and trigger events, planning risk response, establishing contingency plans, forecasting dependencies impacted by current project modifications, and providing solutions to limit future risks to management.
  • Contributes to the project’s success by providing the team and stakeholders with subject matter expertise and knowledge management, and by delivering high-quality products on schedule.
  • In every phase of the project’s lifecycle, the team considers, documents, and implements everything from scope management to requirements management to task breakdown and schedule management to priority and dependency management and the assignment of roles.

Skills:

  • It is necessary to have a full grasp of the project development life cycle, as well as the ability to manage and prioritize a number of complex projects.
  • Practical experience converting business demands into distinct activities needing detailed technical, functional, and/or operational assessment is required.
  • Serve as a leader in the development and expansion of a strong team to support and maintain profitable growth while also providing chances for personal and professional growth for our team members.
  • Working on and/or managing project(s) including the execution of project life cycle approaches is required (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process management, organizational change).
  • Process flow of work, Excel, Power Point, and excellent communication skills are essential to review project progress and resolve key issues/milestones with the project team members, as well as to communicate with project team members.
