Job Description

To assist our artists grow and develop, the Talent Manager is in charge of career development, performance criticism, and coaching. In addition, Talent Managers plan and supervise the digital artists’ daily routines. They also collaborate with Producers and others as needed to schedule employees in order to guarantee correct casting and timely and effective production completion.

  • Build connections with agents and managers to find and hire on-camera presenters, celebrities, digital influencers, and/or creators who are a strong fit for the company’s voice for branded content campaigns and original network programming.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external training providers to ensure that new recruits get the appropriate technical training, including but not limited to system training and teaching in the art of making and serving food, as well as the art of socializing in the workplace.
  • Create data-driven suggestions based on an understanding of business policies and processes, as well as relevant laws and regulations, to assist internal clients with career possibilities.
  • Work-related items are also included in the dashboard narratives. Bring your skills and experience to the table.
  • Improve the performance process by developing and managing strategies, methodologies, tools, processes, and procedures that increase efficiency, effectiveness, and impact. Processes include things like goal-setting, performance reviews, development plans, and quarterly coaching sessions.
  • To develop a case for change adoption, analyze the risks and benefits of the changes; devise effective change-management strategies; and ensure communications and readiness materials are in place to smooth the transition of career programs/processes from vendor to vendor.
  • With minimal supervision, handle basic human resource tasks such as onboarding, employment, contacts with employees, remuneration, benefits, and performance management at the local or regional level.
  • Establishing a culture of performance that encourages a diverse range of perspectives and viewpoints in the workplace is essential to a company’s long-term success.
  • Take part in making and implementing plans for the next person to take over, and help set up development plans for new employees.
  • Invest in your professional growth by planning ahead of time. To improve the efficacy, reach, and visibility of career programs, business partners and HR professionals should be supported.


  • Skill in digital media and live events, as well as talent acquisition, pricing, and packaging from the standpoint of a publisher.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Ability to provide timely, efficient, reliable, and pleasant service to customers. The capacity to communicate facts clearly and succinctly.
  • If you don’t have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a similar subject like Industrial/Organizational Psychology, you’ll need to have at least five years of relevant work experience in a position like this.
  • An expert in social media.. Many talented and influential people may be found on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat.
  • Years of experience working in a production environment, with a track record of successfully coordinating the schedules of artists and other personnel to fulfill the demands and deadlines of the program
