The Director of Finance is responsible for establishing the long-term goals, policies, programs, and procedures that will keep the company’s finances stable. Also, he or she is in charge of all the money worries down the road. manages the flow of cash through the company while ensuring the security of cash and other important documents. This includes the management of all financial processes, auditing, and reporting. controls the general ledger, accounts payable, and financial reporting for an organization. manages the creation, rollout, and evaluation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives pertaining to interactions with and between employees. The salary range and benefits package are both negotiable and subject to the applicant’s level of experience. responsible for carrying out the President’s instructions in all matters pertaining to the management of the organization’s finances, administration, and human resources. Qualifications:
- makes tax law and oversees administrative procedures. quarterly or more frequently as needed, delivers information to the company’s and principals outside tax advisors in order to predict taxable income for the companies and suggest tax planning strategies. coordinating the preparation of the companies’ year-end income tax returns with outside tax professionals.
- In order to keep tabs on the company’s cash flow. The scope of this duty extends to the formulation of credit, collections, and purchasing policies, as well as the formulation of schedules for the payment of bills and financial responsibilities.
- allows for the control and alteration of all orders placed by the company, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed, and facilitating the control and retrieval of all data generated as a result of these orders.
- Establishes, coordinates, and manages a sufficient plan for the control of operations, including profit planning, plans for capital investing and financing, sales projections, spending budgets, and cost standards, as well as the appropriate controls and procedures to carry out the plan.
- gives other managers and departments the information they need to fulfill their assigned duties.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of accounting systems and procedures, as well as the generation of regular and ad hoc reports, such as interim and annual financial statements. Keeps track of the company’s finances by keeping accurate books and records of its transactions and assets.

Skills:

- a background in accounting and financial management spanning at least eight years.
- experience in setting up and maintaining internal controls, handling payroll, budgeting, costing, and creating and analyzing financial statements.
- comprehensive accounting education, encompassing administration and accounting for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, credit, collections, and inventory.
- superior PC skills, including use of Word, Excel, and financial accounting software.
