Full-Time Stock Room Clerk – Al-ʿĀmiriyyah
The chosen applicant will be in charge of cycle counting and inventory control, as well as creating product kits, using and producing documentation, performing transactions within our ERP system, supporting shipping and receiving, and supporting physical inventory.

- Retain tool room order, distribute equipment to production workers, return tooling to its designated area, and keep all company property in pristine condition.
- A frequent census of the number of available workstations is recommended.
- Create and always uphold a commitment to first-rate customer service for both internal and external clients.
- The individual in this role is responsible for following established protocols and ensuring that they remain in place, as well as contributing to the creation of new protocols for activities that have not yet been formalized.
- Complete Tool Room cycle counts as scheduled.
- In charge of making sure that all current SQF code, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), and other relevant precautions are followed.
- help with a variety of warehouse maintenance jobs, including as sweeping floors and storing equipment.
- Following specific work instructions and best practices will ensure that everyday tasks are completed safely and accurately, and that indirect time is recorded in a timely manner.
- Send an email or create a ticket in the system if you run into any problems while putting the pieces together or fixing them.
- Carry out physical inventory counts and cycle counts, reporting any discrepancies or unusual fluctuations in stock as needed.
- Along with effective written and verbal communication abilities, problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Knowledge of numerous measuring instruments, such as calipers and measuring tape.
- The optimal action to take can be determined by weighing the costs and benefits of each option.
- Having the ability to communicate clearly with other people.
- Experience working as an inventory clerk in a busy production environment for at least one to two years.
