Qualifications:
- Use the appropriate shelf tag or order machine to order items as required, and follow correct processes to ensure that the shop fulfills its out-of-stock percentage targets.
- Assists in keeping allocated areas supplied and products organized. Concerns stock additions, deletions, quick and slow selling products, customer preferences, requirements, and difficulties with supervisor, store manager, and others. Participates in department meetings and actively looks out ways to enhance customer service, work performance, and store/department sales targets, among other things.
- Blesses and converses with customers to help them sell. Helps customers choose stuff and recommends complementary things. Where possible, give extended product warranties. Explains coverage, perks, and cost.
- Proactively show suitable suggestive marketing approaches to Team Members and visitors.
- Show that you are aware of the wants and expectations of your customers. Understanding of order input for accounts, as well as its setup and maintenance Cross-Departmentally collaborate to complete tasks and cater for requirements
- You may add new things to the shelves by rearranging the current things there, and you should also make sure that the goods are displayed correctly and in accordance with any applicable safety regulations. Manage inside sales order entry tasks, Demonstrate both a feeling of immediacy and an enthusiastic frame of mind.
- Customers are encouraged to round up their purchases whenever possible to assist us in reaching our target. Make sure you use the cash register in the correct manner.
- Everything from setup to maintenance to warranties is included in the purchase of the equipment. The product’s details are made plain and comprehensible to customers.

Skills:
- Experience working in retail, restaurants, or fast food establishments for a period of one year, along with the capacity to interact with customers and manage money. My experience dealing with financial matters is rather extensive.
- A successful person may lead and learn from others, and teach and learn from others.
- Two to three years of efficient retail sales experience with good customer service are required, as as basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Customer service, restocking, and store maintenance demand extended periods of standing. They stand, stroll, and bend at work. They stoop and kneel. Lifting, pushing, and pulling are required.
- Graduate of a high school or its equivalent is preferable. a minimum age of sixteen, The ability to stand, bend, reach, and operate with your hands on a regular basis. Frequent lifting of a weight of up to 5 pounds.
