The Company Advisor collaborates closely with the Director and staff to provide private, one-on-one counseling and coaching to business owners and start-up business owners in areas such as business management, marketing, funding sources, and planning.

Qualifications:

  • To give good one-on-one advice to a wide range of different and complicated clients, you need to know a lot about a lot of different things. Depending on the client’s level of expertise or the complexity of the business, some clients can be helped in a short amount of time, while others need long-term advice. To keep up a high level of activity and deal with the fact that business decisions need to be made quickly, you need good organizational skills.
  • You must do research and gather data in order to lessen or better understand the risks associated with your customer connection. Customer requests may be granted, altered or refused at any point in the transaction process.
  • Maintains communication with the Release Train Engineer and IT Architects on the scheduling and delivery of requirements to ensure that the IT Development team always has work in the pipeline to produce incremental program value and that data is provided in time for planned campaign usage.
  • When it comes to financial proposals and projections, business plans and operating strategies, as well as managerial analyses and research, the center helps with all of this and more. It also develops and implements marketing strategies to raise awareness of the center’s commercial resource offerings, and coordinates marketing efforts to get the word out.
  • There are several types of sessions, including long-term classroom settings, single- and multi-day conferences with open forums where pertinent subjects are debated, and other public settings.
  • Serve as a client advisor to answer questions about credit administration issues caused by loan approval, such as decision, structure, pricing, and renewals.
  • In collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Operational Risk Management, and Business Experience Owners, accountable for monitoring risks within the internal control environment and advising on and suggesting risk mitigation activities.
  • Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with persons from varied backgrounds, both internally and externally, inside and beyond the company, with members of the community, employees and public interest organizations in order to satisfy the business requirements.
  • During Program Increment Planning meetings, this person works with the IT teams to review needs. It works closely with business and IT to execute requirements and manage change.
  • Facilitates the conversion of high-level corporate vision and scope into precise functional requirements for campaign data and system functionality.

  • Everything from entrepreneurship to small-enterprise management to financial accounting to marketing and market research to economic development and legal challenges relating to business growth are all included in this subject matter.

  • 8–10 years of experience working in the consumer products or services industry, preferably with a concentration on consumer-centered, strategic data; knowledge of SQL is not essential but is strongly encouraged.
  • Experience generating communications and successfully communicating essential information to stakeholders and all levels of management to impact business optimization choices.
