Qualifications:
- Ability to lead personnel in departmental operations such as conveying instructions, training, attaining objectives, completing duties asked by senior management in a timely manner, progressive punishment, and performance assessment
- Keep meticulous records, produce reports, and put together presentations to assist management comprehend the logistical viewpoint.
- Help customers who are having problems with the company’s goods and services to have their problems resolved. In order to ensure that the appropriate authorities are informed of customer complaints regarding product quality or manufacture, the following steps should be taken:
- Project integration, planning, communication, and documentation abilities are required to manage and prepare project team resource needs in coordination with cross-functional departments.
- Demonstrated ability to provide analysis and analyze choices utilizing judgment. Expect succinct communication with top executives that highlights concerns and solutions with accompanying evidence.
- Management and control over all aspects of the company’s supply chain activities are directly under his command.
- Identify and push opportunities for continuous improvement to simplify processes and enhance accuracy and efficiency in operations.
- Work with the Purchasing Manager and Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager to ensure product availability. This will enhance customer service.
- In charge of the internal endeavor to build and maintain an effective and accurate physical inventory system, including ERP transaction correctness, physical inventory events, and cycle counting as needed.
- Organize and manage the warehouse function, which involves receiving raw materials, delivering finished goods, and organizing both in the warehouse.

- Ability to balance procurement, inventory management and customer satisfaction within ERP system settings and extensive ERP system experience and knowledge
