The Supply Chain Manager is in charge of the organization’s supply chain management and operations, which include procurement, vendor relations, production, logistics, and distribution. Creates and executes supply chain management strategies for production and operations. Oversees demand forecasting, supply planning, and procurement to ensure that resource needs are met. Communicates with executives about company requirements in order to gain the resources required to meet client requests and assure delivery and/or execution.

Qualifications:
- Streamline processes and increase accuracy and efficiency by identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement.
- The supply chain manager is responsible for accurate and efficient physical inventory management, which includes ERP transaction accuracy, inventory events, and cycle counts where relevant.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager and the Senior Supply Chain Planning Manager in ensuring that enough quantities of items are kept on hand at all times. As a result, customers will have a more positive experience.
- In charge of establishing and implementing the supply chain management function’s overall strategy, as well as planning and overseeing the business’s activities and operations.
- Preserve meticulous records, prepare reports, and create presentations to assist management in understanding the logistical standpoint.
- Proven ability to provide analysis and use judgment to evaluate choices. Concise communication with top executives to identify concerns and solutions with accompanying evidence is expected.
- Complaints from customers should be conveyed to them, as well as any troubles they are having. Customer complaints concerning product quality or manufacture should be sent to the appropriate individuals.
- The warehouse function includes receiving raw supplies, transporting completed items, and arranging both in the warehouse space.
- Ability to lead personnel in departmental operations such as conveying instructions, training, attaining objectives, completing duties asked by senior management in a timely manner, progressive punishment, and performance assessment
- It is necessary to have abilities in project integration and planning, as well as communication and documentation skills, as well as the capacity to manage and prepare project team resource requirements in collaboration with cross-functional departments.
