We’re looking for a tax accountant that can prepare both federal and state tax returns. As an individual contributor, this position prepares federal and state income tax returns.

Qualifications:

• It is necessary to be at least 18 years old to participate in this activity.
• You must be able to transfer from one area to another in an office atmosphere.
• Be able to generate high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• 2–5 years of tax or accounting experience.
• Prior experience preparing workpapers and forms for company tax returns is needed.
• Client timelines and deliverables should be managed and tracked.
• This position necessitates a high school diploma.
• Accounting and tax software must be computerized.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members that are newer to the team.
• Must be well-organized and capable of managing several things at once.

Skills:

• Communication abilities, both spoken and written, are required.
• You’ll need to know how to use Microsoft Word and Excel at the intermediate level.
• When dealing with sensitive material, the applicant should be honest and prudent.
• In their work, the candidate should be conscientious, self-motivated, and precise.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary.
