Job Description

Our company is in need of a Tax Associate. This position will help in the preparation of the company’s tax returns and give assistance during audits of the company’s taxes. Directly participate in the company’s day-to-day tax and accounting functions. I’m in charge of all parts of customer service relating to our clients and their accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Corporate policies and procedures, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering responsibilities, as well as related laws and legislation.
  • Providing people with estate and gift tax preparation, as well as charity giving and philanthropic services, to enable them to leave lasting legacies.
  • Monitor all compliance and filing status, as well as aid in the preparation of tax returns, extensions of time to file, projected tax payments, and other tax compliance operations.
  • Prepare memoranda and client letters, research tax issues, and come up with opinions and recommendations on different tax issues.
  • Compiling and recording bank accounts and other financial statements, as well as learning how to construct personal balance sheets and net worth statements, to obtain practical experience in accounting
  • All methods and procedures, including fraud, that do not fulfill regulatory criteria must be reported to management.
  • Effective time management and constructive interactions with others can only be achieved by working on the development of your administrative, professional, and interpersonal skills.
  • Also included in these estimates is an estimate of the expenditures associated with overseas assignments. There are tax forms that must be completed by expatriates and international assignee as well as foreign nationals and other mobile or remote personnel.
  • Revisit accounts and activities, and perform reconciliations of income tax balances (including income tax due and deferred tax assets and liabilities), as well as the general ledger accounts of the Tax Receivable Agreement (“TRA”), which includes international withholding tax and franchise/gross receipts taxes.
