Job Description
The Teller handles and starts different financial transactions for Company customers, as well as assisting branch office management in generating new business through referrals and meeting sales referral and promotional sales goals. Enhances the company’s image by providing proactive, customer-driven service in order to meet or exceed consumer expectations.

Qualifications:
- As the first point of contact for a client, provide a positive first impression by offering fast and courteous service.
- Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs)/ Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs) are balanced as needed.
- By getting to know your customers and giving them quick answers when they need them, you can keep customer service high and give them a one-of-a-kind experience at the same time.
- Maintains Bank internal control requirements, such as the timely completion of internal and external audit points, as well as any issues reported by outside authorities.
- Servicing Customer accounts, collecting loan payments, accepting safe deposit box payments, processing sales of gift cards, cashing checks, confirming currency, balancing cash drawer, and night deposits are all examples of Teller transactions.
- Enhance the company’s image by providing proactive customer-driven service in support of exceeding customer expectations; generate new business referrals by engaging customers and using a customer relationship management system.
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of Company goods and services, as well as any federal requirements, such as Bank Secrecy Act and Know Your Customer standards. Follow Company and regulatory compliance and operational risk controls to the letter; report control flaws, compliance breaches, and operational loss incidents.
- Maintain an adequate cash drawer at all times, perform daily checks, balance cash on hand, and make sure transactions and negotiable items are in line with the system’s records.
- Take ownership of escalated account services issues until they are resolved; document all client complaints completely and accurately in the relevant system.
- To make sure that the Group’s compliance policy is carried out on a local level by working with the Head of Group Compliance, Global Business Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer, or Local Compliance Officer, limiting compliance risk, making sure there are enough compliance resources and training, and fostering a compliance culture.
Skills:
- The applicant should have a strong sense of leadership and a drive to continually learn and improve his abilities.
- Communication skills are important.
- Ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately; strong attention to detail and cash handling skills.
- A minimum of one year of demonstrated customer service and/or sales experience, including cash handling skills, is required.
- You must be able to work in the United States because the company does not support visas for these positions.
