Job Description
Through digital engagement, lobby management, transactional processing, and retail servicing contacts, a Teller is responsible for our branch’s customer experience. Accurately and efficiently processes a wide range of financial transactions.

Qualifications:
- Improve the company’s image by offering proactive customer-driven service that meets or exceeds customer expectations; generate new business referrals by engaging customers and utilizing a customer relationship management system.
- Verify daily that the cash drawer is enough and that transactions and negotiable goods match the amounts in the system.
- In collaboration with the Head of Group Compliance, Global Business Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer, or Local Compliance Officer, implement the Group compliance policy on a local level by containing compliance risk, ensuring adequate compliance resources and training, fostering a compliance culture, and optimizing relationships with regulators.
- Maintain compliance with all financial rules, such as the BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, and the USA Patriot Act, among others.
- When outside regulators have issues with the way the bank is doing things, this person at the bank makes sure they are addressed.
- Keep up to date on the company’s products and services, as well as any government regulations, such as the Bank Secrecy Act and Know Your Customer obligations. Follow all Company and regulatory compliance and operational risk controls to the letter; report any control failures, compliance breaches, or incidences of operational loss.
- Accounts are serviced, loans are taken out, safe deposit box payments are received, gift card sales are processed, checks are cashed, currency is confirmed, the cash drawer is balanced, and night deposits are made.
- As needed, checks the balances of automated teller machines (ATMs) and Teller Cash Dispensers (TCDs)/ Teller Cash Recyclers (TCRs).
- Make a positive first impression by serving as a client’s first point of contact and offering pleasant and efficient customer service.
- Maintain established customer service standards and provide a one-of-a-kind experience by recognizing client requirements and offering solutions when it matters most.
Skills:
- It is necessary to have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- The applicant should have a desire to learn and improve his skills on a regular basis, as well as a desire to be a leader, as well.
- You must be able to work in the United States because the company does not support visas for these positions.
- It is required that you have at least one year of customer service and/or sales experience, including cash handling.
- Ability to complete transactions quickly and accurately; excellent attention to detail and cash handling skills.
