Job Description
The company’s global banking, investing, and borrowing programs, as well as risk management systems, require a Treasurer. The ideal candidate will work as part of a larger Finance team to manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring that enough money is available to conduct everyday operations, satisfy financial commitments, and support business development. This individual will also oversee the company’s worldwide risk, credit, collections, and insurance activities.

Qualifications:
- Regression analysis and correlation/causal calculations are examples of strong statistical skills.
- Prepare monthly and annual cash flow forecasts, as well as short and long-term cash management plans.
- To increase performance, creativity, issue resolution, and outcomes, the ability to engage effectively and constructively with all levels of employees, management, and other agencies is required.
- Accounts in the electronic banking realm that are still in use should be closed. To the newly formed domain, add new users and responsibilities.
- Create a cross-currency notional pooling system to pool global cash where it is lawful and tax-efficient. Automatic sweeps from local accounts will be possible with same-day access to global money.
- As needed, new big projects in the areas of service quality, productivity, process simplification, digitization, and harmonization will be launched and led.
- Maintains solid, long-term relationships with banking partners while guaranteeing efficient and cost-effective banking operations.
- In some cases, a cash management bank is required. Accounts can be opened and an electronic banking platform can be used. Users may be created, and roles and degrees of power can be assigned.
- To accomplish the organization’s financial and treasury objectives, evaluates, advises on, and executes financing sources, investment possibilities, and financial instruments.
- In consultation with key stakeholders, define and create cost, quality, and speed KPIs for the processes.
Skills:
- Domestically and globally, superior treasury knowledge.
- Capable of prioritizing assignments and working together with a variety of supervisors.
- It’s critical to understand how to utilize accounting software.
- Self-disciplined, structured, and self-motivated.
- A bachelor’s degree in math, economics, accounting, or a quantitative subject connected to these fields is required.
