We are looking for a motivated and gifted web designer that enjoys working in a busy setting. A candidate with a “can-do” mentality will succeed in this position, which gives them the chance to expand their design portfolio by adding several sites made for a wide range of expanding clients. The applicant should have experience working with a variety of different clients to provide accurate designs with a focus on quality. The overall aesthetics of the designs we offer should be captivating, appealing, and profitable for our clients’ objectives and aspirations. Additionally, the candidate should be adaptable enough to transition between a variety of tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Assess the client’s needs, figure out what technological solutions will best meet those needs, and then provide those options to the client.
- Sites of any size can benefit from our expertise in responsive design, development, optimization, and maintenance.
- Assure high QC standards are met and that all design components, templates, and final products are compatible with a wide range of browsers, devices, and screen settings.
- On designs and digital experiences, work collaboratively with other team members.
- Do some leading-edge thought leadership on web design and digital trends.
- help employees and customers of a department get familiar with and comfortable using the appropriate software.
- Optimal online experiences are the result of informed decisions, therefore nudge your clients in that direction.
- Discuss the project’s approach and strategy with other team members and different departments.
- When appropriate, take part in activities aimed at improving the quality of websites and other forms of electronic publishing.
- Assist customers and make adjustments to the site as needed, including troubleshooting and coming up with solutions that are in line with the customers’ aims.
Skills:
- expertise in utilizing and creating web services to enable the import and export of data in a variety of formats.
- expertise of graphic design and wireframing software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- excellent sense of color, composition, and typography
- Experience as a web designer, Joomla and WordPress experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
