We are looking for a motivated and gifted web designer that enjoys working in a busy setting. A candidate with a “can-do” mentality will succeed in this position, which gives them the chance to expand their design portfolio by adding several sites made for a wide range of expanding clients. The applicant should have experience working with a variety of different clients to provide accurate designs with a focus on quality. The overall aesthetics of the designs we offer should be captivating, appealing, and profitable for our clients’ objectives and aspirations. Additionally, the candidate should be adaptable enough to transition between a variety of tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Share your team’s and organization’s approach and strategy for projects and support requests.
- Share approved infrastructure with customers and employees.
- Assist customers in making sound decisions that will enhance their visitors’ online experience.
- Create, implement, enhance, and maintain responsive websites for jobs of all sizes.
- Collaborate with the other members of the team on the designs and digital experiences.
- Help customers by responding to their inquiries and implementing their suggestions for improvements to the website.
- Help clients by figuring out what kind of site architecture they need and what additional technical solutions they should implement.
- Make sure that all design components, templates, and final products adhere to strict quality control requirements and function properly on a variety of browsers, devices, and screen resolutions.
- When appropriate, take part in activities aimed at improving the quality of websites and other forms of electronic publishing.
- Do thought leadership on web design standards and emerging tech developments.
Skills:
- A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in related experience is required.
- Color, composition, and typography are all strengths of this creative.
- Skill in utilizing and creating web services for data import/export in a variety of formats.
- capability with graphic design and wireframing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience designing websites, knowledge of Joomla and WordPress are plusses.
