Job Description

The Production Coordinator’s responsibilities include assisting the Production Manager and larger teams with a range of tasks, such as monitoring production status, planning, and communicating, creating and maintaining production tools, and assisting with other educational efforts. This position’s main objective is to collaborate closely with the Production Managers to monitor and assist in directing the expanding production opportunity throughout our worldwide content slate. Successful candidates will be impactful, proactive thinkers who are curious about a range of productions and support disciplines and who challenge conventional wisdom in order to aid in the development of new and better processes. This is a challenging and fast-paced profession that calls for a strong communicator with the capacity to use sound judgment and show initiative.

  • Weekly reports and milestones for virtual production should be tracked and maintained to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Contribute to the company culture of inquiry and self-disciplined proactive responsibility as a part of the Production and VFX team working closely with the Physical Production and Animation teams.
  • scheduling and reporting of production music cue sheets and team production schedules.
  • You can promote the adoption of new Production-related processes, structures, and technology across the company by assisting with presentation preparation, financial measurements, and support for the development of internal project management tools.
  • Facilitate the evolution of tracking software and internal infrastructure for Virtual Production and VFX. As needed, manage enhancement requests.
  • Provide research to support efforts to create better alignment between technology partners and cross-vertical production teams.
  • Budgeting, finding and hiring personnel, scheduling, onboarding, contracts, production and post-production, and delivery are just some of the internal and external operations that you’ll need to organize and oversee.
  • coordinates all aspects of production for professional and other productions on the network, including the compilation and distribution of event paperwork.
  • By coordinating with the director of operations and truck/crew providers, this person makes sure that events have enough people and the right tools to run smoothly.
  • Assist the production team with a wide range of pre-production, during-production, and post-production support duties as required.


  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
  • Superior planning ability, initiative, and the ability to think creatively about problems.
  • Prior work as a Coordinator in Visual Effects, Production, Gaming, or a studio setting is highly desired.
  • genuine enthusiasm for the production scene and the direction that content development is going in.
  • capable of handling a dynamic workplace and juggling several projects at varying stages of development (from development through delivery).
