Qualifications:
- Viewing and confirming sensitive or secret customer/client data; ensuring that customer/client data and identities are protected.
- Work on projects that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring minimal judgement outside of defined protocols but allowing for occasional departures from recognized practice. Has little or no influence on decision-making.
- It is required to have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel spreadsheets.
- Organize paper formats, backups, and source files for materials as needed.
- A bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business administration, administration, or a related discipline is desired, but not essential.
- Assist technical employees with computer/software problems.
- Ensure that all customer and bank operational regulations, internal audit and security procedures, and general practices are followed.
- Data must be entered, updated, and checked into business databases.
- Pay attention to the finer points. – You are in charge of auditing, and you must maintain a high level of accuracy in your work. It’s critical to have a 98 percent accuracy rate.
- Ensure that your scanners and other devices are clean, well-maintained, and functional.
Skills:
- Having the ability to type swiftly on a keyboard.
- It is important to be cooperative and help others.
- It is necessary to have a working knowledge of web-based collaborative programs.
- Intermediate computer skills are essential, as well as familiarity with Microsoft software.
- The data entry must be able to communicate well with others.
